Wholesale Pricing
WHOLESALE PRICING | House of Happy products are sold to approved retailers at wholesale pricing. Our suggested retail pricing is based on a 2.0× keystone markup, allowing our retail partners to achieve healthy margins while maintaining consistent brand positioning. Retailers are encouraged to merchandise House of Happy products in a manner that reflects the premium quality of the brand.
MSRP | House of Happy establishes a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for each product. Retailers are encouraged to sell products at MSRP to maintain consistent pricing and protect the value of the brand. Current MSRP pricing is available on all wholesale order forms and invoices.
MAP | To preserve the premium positioning of House of Happy and support all of our retail partners equally, House of Happy has adopted the following Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. The Minimum Advertised Price for all House of Happy products shall be the current MSRP. Retailers may not advertise House of Happy products below the established MAP without prior written approval from House of Happy.
ADVERTISING | This policy applies to all publicly available advertising including:
- Retail websites
- Online marketplaces
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Printed advertisements
- Catalogs
- Paid digital advertising
- Mobile applications
IN-STORE SALES | This MAP Policy applies only to advertised pricing. Retailers remain free to determine their own final selling price during in-store transactions or direct customer interactions.
PROMOTIONS | House of Happy may periodically authorize promotional pricing during approved sales events. Any approved promotional pricing will be communicated in writing prior to the promotion.
ONLINE SALES | Retailers may sell House of Happy products online through their own branded websites. Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, Shein, Wish, or similar platforms) without prior written approval from House of Happy.
VIOLATIONS | Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Written notification
- Suspension of future shipments
- Loss of wholesale purchasing privileges
- Termination of retailer status
*House of Happy reserves the right to interpret and administer this policy at its sole discretion.
Product Photography and Intellectual Property
PHOTOGRAPHY | House of Happy provides approved product photography for retailer use. Retailers are encouraged to use House of Happy’s photography whenever possible to ensure brand consistency. Lifestyle photography may also be created by retailers provided it accurately represents the product and maintains the premium image of the brand.
PROPERTY | All House of Happy product designs, photography, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, and branding remain the exclusive property of House of Happy LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction or duplication is prohibited.
Product Care
House of Happy ceramic tissue vessels are handcrafted.
Slight variations in color, glazing, texture, and finish are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects.
These natural variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Damages, Claims and Returns
DAMAGES & CLAIMS | Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include photographs of both the product and packaging. House of Happy will evaluate each claim and, when appropriate, provide replacement merchandise or issue credit at our discretion.
RETURNS | Wholesale orders are considered final sale. Returns are accepted only for approved warranty or shipping damage claims.
Payment Terms and Shipping
PAYMENT TERMS | Payment is due according to the terms established on each wholesale order or invoice. Orders may not ship until payment requirements have been satisfied.
SHIPPING | Shipping charges are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Estimated ship dates are provided as a courtesy and may vary due to production schedules, freight carriers, or circumstances beyond House of Happy’s control.
