Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Standard, expedited, and priority options may be available at checkout depending on your location. If a shipping option you need is not listed, please contact us for arrangements.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (If Applicable)
International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by country. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
House of Happy LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.


DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
