The Kleenex pops the lid off when you take one out. It is very beautiful for show but not really practical to actually use.
Hi Susan, we appreciate your review. I am sorry to hear that your lid lifts when pulling a tissue. Our vessels are designed to hold a full box of 'standard' tissue, as stated on the website. If your tissues are specialized in any way (lotion, etc), we recommend removing a small stack and placing in a Ziplock for future use. We have videos on our website with instructions if that helps!
